you should have 2.2bar on low pressure side as nick says.
the ecu wont ground the injectors until you have a minimun 290bar cranking.
remove fuel filter and check for metal swarf.
pump is eay to change do change cambelt as have seen belt failure after pump changes.
be carefull with fuel tank as swarf particles stick to tank and can wreck your new pump as the swarf gets back into new pump.
peugeot reccomend new tank and lines!!hth simon
