Customer is getting cold! The heating system just blows cold air all the time. The heater pipes are hot and I can hear what sounds like a solenoid clicking constantly when the heat control is turned from cold to hot. I've located the noise to a unit at the bottom right of the heater box but I've got no idea how to get to it or what it is! Has anyone had any experience of these? I ran out of time yesterday to look at it, so the car won't be back to us until the new year.
