Bizarrely, headlights will not rise if the front safety/driving light main (21W) filaments blow. Check these lights as they will revert to the 5W sidelight filaments so that they still work. Renew both 21/5W bulbs and the headlight operation should be restored. GOOD innit! Regards, Steve
