    well paul goswell the easy way is to leave all the inlet manifold on but remove the 4 torx or 13mm depending on the manifold type from the throtle body housing (plastic-alloy) remove the 2 bolts holding the loom on the back of the inlet manifold and then dependind if the the job hasnt being done b4 get somebody to hold the head up wile you take off the h20 pipe off the back off the head or if it still has the original clip on get realy long nose pliers and open it and get large bar to pop the pipe off.
