Range Rover 4.0SE 1995 Battery drain Archived Message

This vehicle has had a battery drain for about the last 3 years....! It draws 0.52A for 1 minute 50 seconds after the door is shut. It then drops to around 0.04A. Then in any time from around 2 seconds to 2 minutes after it has shut down it starts again, stays for another 1 minute 50 seconds and so on. It apparently only happens at the customers house. The local Landrover dealer who has allegedly had this car in for around 2 months has failed to find a fault. They've blamed it on the local fire station transmitter interfering with the alarm function on the vehicle. The fire station is about a mile away!! I've found that by disconnecting the control module under the drivers seat, the drain drops to about 0.06A. I've noted from the archive that a similar problem has been seen on a diesel Range Rover. I don't think this is the same fault as it fails to show any other symptoms and the timing of the drain is so precise. Can anyone help with this one?
