Yes,exactly;have you checked ALL the fuses.If you lift lid in engine bay fusebox ,there is a section with a plastic cover over the top,which when removed ,reveals another 2 rows of fuses;one of these is the washer pump fuse .(if I recall it is a 10 amp mini fuse)
