Firstly sorry for the delay in posting this.

Decided it was the customers problem for buying a jeep and not mine for no info or helpful dealers being available, so resolved to re assemble this very poorly looking vehicle, with the intention of telling customer to tow it to dealer.

The car had been stood a week with battery disconnected and in fear of looking a prat thought I had best check remote batteries before sending car to dealers. So batteries had been out of remotes for a few minutes before they were put back. Having read a few achieves re other alarm systems, I connected the car battery with drivers door open and key in engine run position. It worked I had one remote working i.e would lock and unlock. the other remote would not work and car still would not crank. The auto box inhibitor removes the earth from the coil of the starter relay ( engine fuse box No4 ) so I just pulled another wire through and connected to the key switch. That got it sorted. We will not mention the rattling cat ( complete surprise on a gas converted car?), the fact it barely drove on petrol or gas ( no gas,gas fuel gauge has never worked petrol ok after a whiles driving probably to get long term fuel trim back after gas use) and another hour trying to turn interior lamps off, of course you use the dash illum dimmer.

Definitely not a Jeep specialist or wanting to be one.
