Range Rover 4.6 1998 46d - Suspension height problems Archived Message

Car came into Workshop through used car sales.
Vehicle had rear air springs replaced & compressor replaced. Fault codes were reset using AutoLogic.
Customer is complaining that, car will only travel from standard to exit mode & back to standard, once at normal speed and then taking up to 3 minutes afterwards.
The same thing happens on extended height mode.
After the car is left for approx. 4 hours the suspension will work one cycle at normal speed again.
There are no faults stored & no warnings on instrument cluster.
The suspension lights only flash when suspension is moving.
The suspension height remains the same overnight.

The other fault with the vehicle, is that, when stationery, every second pump of the brake pedal causes the motor to run/prime.
I was thinking along the lines of, faulty pressure accumulator, but don't know the test procedure.
I have checked all the relative archives with no luck.
Unfortunately Range Rovers are not my speciality, but hopefully they are to someone out there!!
    Thanks Andrew.
