Hi Jon. Try either reading and erasing fault codes, or disconnect and reconnect the battery, we have come across a few of these that do this sort of fault, and this usually cures them. We have done a laguna today that the service and engine management lights were flashing, and the immobiliser wasn't arming, I disconnected the battery, reconnected it, locked and unlocked the doors with the remote, and off it went. P.S. only do this if the remote works and you have the radio code, otherwise read and erase.
