Hi guys.. another one Id like your thoughts on. Its my own car and Ive had the problem since I rebuilt the engine back 12 months ago. Basically the car was off road for a while (as its mine) so battery came off for a recharge..(it was stone dead) - on fitting you couldn't get in the car without the alarm/flashers/immob coming on. The only way I could get past it and to get it started was to press and hold the alarm button on the dash (switch bank) etc and that deactivated everything allowing the car to start. But now whilst the central locking works with key in door lock , it wont do anything on the button on the key! Its been like this as I say for 12 months but I would like to get it working on the key again if poss. So Im wondering if anyone knows how to reprog. it or whatevers necessery. Theres nothing on this system that I can find in the archives (or the book ) so If anyone can shed any light Id right appreciate it... Thanks very much.. Mike
