Hi, I use Autoleads interfaces and never had a problem. Only the Bluetooth kits require the ignition feed to be connected but I've stopped fitting them anyway due to too many problems. On all other kits, the blue wire serves only as a sensor wire to stop the charging if the phone is left in so with CAN Bus radios I leave it disconnected.
