Not saying it is the problem but seen a few with water ingress problems within the round wiring loom twist connectors. I would start there, if that helps. Another factor is the history on the car has anyone been crossing out relays or fitting any electrical devices eg immobilisers that could be back feeding main relays etc.
Time for the stereotype oily rag & head scratching!!
