Alarm control unit was found burnt out replaced with new unit and coded to engine ecu and remote coded ok car starts and runs fine but the warning bleeper to say immo not off keeps on in pulses all the while even when engine running. normally with key on it would run continually. My suspicions lay with new unit as it now has double connector block instead of one but local dealer says it is the right one by part number my unit YWC104540 new unit YWC000980 trying to get help from their workshop is like getting blood out of a stone. unable to retrieve faults from alarm ecu none stored in engine ecu Any info on this would be appreciated TIA Kelly
