This vehicle apparently has the PCM 2.1 sat nav / stereo system. Quite often the screen just fills up with horizontal lines when switching on although the audio is ok.
If you fiddle around with the screen it usually bursts into life but customer wants it fixed.
Anyone have any experience with these things? Porsche want arount £2k for an exchange unit but bba think they might be able to fix.
Just some help with removing the unit without damaging anything would be a help.
