Rover 75 2004 - CD changer cable #Archived Message

Customer wants a simple cd changer fitted to this vehicle ( all genuine Rover) The instrutions with the unit say the cable to plug into the changer should be just behind the panel under the glove box. I have looked everywhere and cannot find it? did any get manafactured without this cable or is it tucked away somewhere? any help much appreciated. Thanks
