Hi All Just wondered if anyone knew the best route of locating an ECU for this wonderful vehicle without the need of programming?? I only ask this question as there are a couple of (american) companies online that advertise they can send re con units out that are just plug and play because the programming is done via the VIN number before being sent or the old unit received. I have never heard of this before and it sounds like a trip to chrysler for programming to me, worth a post though. The reason for a new unit is number one injector wires has rubbed through on a hose clip, now after repair and thoroughly checking the wire isnt touching ground elsewhere as soon as ignition is on injector one constantly fires fuel.
