Hi folks, Customer brought us this a-class the other day with a clicking noise coming from the heater box. Upon investigation i found the two top flaps below the pollen filter are making a noise when they are either left shut or open, the noise stops after a few minutes. The flaps are operated by the recirculation switch. I am thinking the fault is in the gear mechanism just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem if so i would welcome any advise on location/fitting etc thanks Andrew..
