Thank you for that. Thus far I have managed to setablish that the wheel sensors seem good back to the ECU.
I do not however seem to get a feed to the pump motor on the ABS unit.
(At the risk of asking a silly question. At what point should the pump motor run)
BBA etc website suggests that the internal relay/switching for the pump supply is a common problem but it would be nice to extract a fault code to confirm that this is the problem.
(It would appear that the X431/Multiscan issue is down to the fact that the software is designrd for the later post 2002 vehicles. Why do these scantool manufacturers seem to think that people are going to throw away £40,000 cars after only 8 years I really dont knoew??)
