Ford Transit 2.4 TDCi 2007 - Under load, goes into Limp Mode, code P0089 #Archived Message

Hi everyone,
Having problems with 2007 Ford Transit. When road testing and put under load will sometimes go into limp mode and will not go over 3000 RPM. Run a scan on it and came up with code P0089 code description fuel pressure regulator performance. Fluid leak or seal failure.. Has anyone out there come across this problem before?
