    Hello Tom

    open drivers window

    Dis connect battery and touch +- together
    have a brew...re connect...without opening door
    switch side lights on to soft boot system.

    wait 2 mins..switch ignition on operate osf window...will be in stages with no one touch control.
    when window at top hold switch 'up' 5 seconds then release....now one touch switch to see if window goes down on its own etc,

    if not repeat with longer up on switch....always works for me!!

    if it works....this does not cure windows dropping down 100mm.this will re occur over time.
    BSI software upgrade cures 100mm window drop issue.
