Hi. This bus runs cold until you rev the engine and then you can see the guage move to normal quite quickly, then let it tick over, the guage goes to cold. Doing this makes the heater run cold and hot accordingly. Looking at live data this is correct. I suspect the pump. Anyone done one? It is not run off timing or aux belts. I think this has timing gears as well as a timing belt.. Is the pump run off any of the gears and what sort of time to do job? Also any special tools required? Cheers les
