Hi happy new year to everyone!
This Mondeo's radio will not work until the ignition is switch off. When you switch the ign off the radio comes on on its own, it says '1 Hour' in the display before showing the station. If you switch the ign back on the radio will switch off.
Also, when you start the car the rev counter, fuel gauge, temp gauge and the LCD display only starts to work after 15 seconds.
And ALSO! The climate control will not change the vents from the screen, to face or feet. There is no codes in any of the mentioned modules. The garage has tried another climate control module because this was initially thought that this was and A/C fault [A/C does work]
I have tried to disconnect the cluster and the C/C ECU to see if this changes the fault in the radio but with no luck.
