a customer has brought his vw passat in to us and is unable to open his bonnet.cable is still connected as we can here the catch operating.have removed badge from grill but still unable to see catch.tried to get at catch from underneath but still no good.weve thought about cutting grill out but weve taken a grill out of another passat to have a look and i dont think it will help.apart from cutting a flap in bonnet we dont know what else to do. help please
