Toyota Picnic 2.0 1997 - Cooling fan faults #Archived Message

We have a cooling fan issue with this car, The fans cut in and then stay in regardless of engine temp, after a day or two they will suddenly not work until the engine gets hot enough to turn them on again. This car also has aircon issues and currently does not work. Does anybody have a wiring diagram for this vehicle? Many Thanks
