BMW 3 series 2005 - Condition based service reset #Archived Message

Hi all, has anyone had problems with the condition based service reset. we serviced this a couple of weeks ago, use Winstar BMW to reset everything but noticed that the brake pads no longer show a percentage, just shows 255 where I would expect to see 100% before we reset it was about 20%.
Problem is although we reset them all, we now have a warning on the dash which shows a car raised on a lift, could this be something else?
