Peugeot 206 NFU 2002 - BSI fault?, open door and rev counter, fuel gauge jump around #Archived Message

Hi
I havent had a look at this vehicle in any depth yet, I was asked late on Friday and the customer couldnt leave the car.
When the drivers door is opened and before the ign key is even inserted the, rev counter and fuel gauge jump around.
I realise that I havent given much info and will have it back in during the week to scan ect, but has anyone seen a fault like this? Is it possible the BCI could be at fault.
