This vehicle was brought in last night. only when cold the car will just crank over and over as if there is no compression at all,stop cranking then try again and it starts straight away. i have read the earlier post about the golf with the egr valve flap but that was a 1.9. this has an electronic controlled egr which we have removed and cleaned,but when i tried to start it this morning it showed the same no compression symptons. do these suffer from any known common symptoms that anyone has come across??? thanks sean
