hi gary,ive owned one of these for 3 years & have done the rounds with it,yes its eng & gearbox out in one lump 37hours! not for the faint hearted if you req any more info call me 01485533786
ps youll also need vag .com for re-adaption of throttle & gearbox also gearbox temp for correct oil fill hth ,parts are very expensive! good luck.
