Evening all looking for some insight into this one. vehicle was brought in by a customer who had car at another garage. The story so far is, new (valeo) alternator fitted, new battery fitted, but it was still not charging??? when we checked it it appears to be charging OK. but not sure of correct procedure to test smart charging system. I have 2 codes 29A8 telegram monitoring failure: 299c battery sensor . I am thinking that there was nothing wrong with ether the battery or the alternator that have been replaced. I have checked for current draw and am only geting around 0.001 Amps. dose anyone have any info on this particular system? or maby test procedure? Cheers Mark
