Smart A--E customer came in and wants the oil and filter changed. Asked if we had the equipment to reset the text 'service due in' and also did I know there was a viscosity sensor in the sump. I said I don't know if you need equipment to reset text but will try and find out and also I had never heard of a viscosity sensor before. (Just telling it as it is) Anyone enlighten me? I know that oil is sucked out through dipstick. This model not on AD. Looked like the type of guy showing off his car and his great wise knowledge. Cheers Les
