Rover MGF 1.8 VVC - Camshaft timing sequence required # Archived Message

HI everyone got this one in the workshops at the moment for head gasket and have striped the cam gear for head skimming. Is any one able to supply a timing sequence for reassembling the rather complicated cam settings I would appreciate any help possible.
