| There are 3 wires attached to the pump/ecu steering unit.2 large power and earth supply wires and a small (usually blue )wire that is energised from the alternator charge circuit.(similar set up to Astra G system).If the pump is still running with engine off,then either the pump is faulty or there is power to the thin wire with engine not running.The control module is housed within the pump unit.hth |
