Hi, The gearbox on the WG can be topped up by removing the blanking cap on the dipstick tube,the cap should pull off,do not try to release the locking tab as it will break the cap. You will need the workshop dipstick for measurement of the oil (mercedes special tool),as this is a mercedes box although,  Chrysler/Jeep class it as the Nag1 transmission. HTH. |
