Might be fiddly to set up but would be conclusive if it drops under those conditions. Also, did you use a flush before the oil change, what was the state of the old oil and when was it last changed? If you establish that there is a pressure drop then you have to convince your customer that, as you have only followed correct servicing procedures, the problem was brewing before your work.
