Hi Mark, Did one last month. Renault want you to remove the manifold, but I left it in place. 1. Remove the wipers and the support panel. 2. Have fun removing the sound proofing from the bulkhead - two bolts at the bottom are accessed from below. A subtle cut with a sharp knife will free it at the near side. 3. Remove the master cylinder next. 4. Disconnect the fuel lines from the back of the cylinder head. 5. Remove the engine mount and support the engine. 6. Pull the engine as as far forward as possible and be prepared to move it up and down as required. 7. Working in the car unbolt the servo. You must make sure you order a new stupid clip for the servo push rod. 8. Juggle, wriggle and curse whilst gently bending the brake pipes and the beast is out. Apologies if I've missed anything out. I did explain to the customer that there might be some collateral damge. There was - the bleed off pipe. Remove this or stump up £50 for a new one. I'd allow 3 to 5 hours for the job. 5 hours if you take your time working the servo out and in, 3 hours if you adopt the 'bull in a china shop' approach. Then add another hour for shouting at the Renault parts department for your servo push rod clip. Hth Mark
