Nissan Micra 1.1 2001 - No front or rear wiper working #Archived Message

This car came in today with no front or rear wipers or washers working.no power at any of the three fuses covering these.I replaced the stalk,made no differance.im wondering is there a relay covering these.and if so where is it.
