Honda Jazz 1.3 2003 (53) - Intermittent MIL on, code 0-13 ECM/PCM module memory malfunction # Archived Message

Had this in for reg service, customer complained intermittant management light on.
Launch came up with:

0-31 ECM/PCM internal control module memory (KAM) malfunction.

even though light not on whilst car in for service.
Cleared code ,road test, no light, no code.

Can anyone please tell me what this code might mean?
