we have the timing kit for these as mentioned paul. laser kit for changing pumps in situ £65. the cams are timed up with the marks at the top as you will see. the timing chain has gold links for the cam marks to align up and one for the pump so you cant get the cam and pump timing wrong. now the crankshaft pin goes into where the crank sensor goes and locks the flywheel solid at 50 btdc. as i mentioned though the pin is an extremely tight fit into the flywheel and can be very easily missed when trying to locate it so turn the flywheel very slowly and get someone moving the cams so you can turn it and avoid piston/valve contact until you can locate the pin into the flywheel. put a mark there then for a reference,re-time the cams and pump with the chain links and insert the flywheel pin. the hole is there i assure you (put some hairs around it!! sean
