Vauxhall Omega B 2.2 2003 - B2693 Left headlight range control motor power supply faulty # Archived Message

    Hi All

    Vauxhall Omega B 2003 - Xeon headlamps

This came in for service and MOT this morning and had this warning in the display:

    Low Beam
    Fld/Vision

With the KTS retrieved from lighting
B2693 Left headlamp range control motor power supply faulty. I checked in live data and there was no supply to LH motor

The headlamps work ok and it has passed the MOT, but when loaded up i suspect the LH headlamp will not auto adjust (sensor front and rear on suspension)

The customer is not to concerned at the moment, but will want it fixed soon

Has anyone had dealing with this type of fault ie: had wiring rubbed through or a problem with the control unit (K137) on the inner wing loosing feed to LH motor, or even replaced a headlamp motor (M39)

    Many thanks

    Peter
