Digital TV Switchover - Will in car TV systems still work? #Archived Message

This may seem like an odd question, but does anyone know how the various vehicle manufacturers are planning to address the forthcoming digital TV switchover? As I understand it, at the moment many car TV tuners are of the analogue type & therefore will be redundant when analogue broadcasts are terminated.
I suppose that the latest cars have this taken into account, but there must be many middle aged cars that will be effected.
