I think yes,yes and yes is the answer to all your questions!Actually not as bad as it looks.The secret is to tilt the engine as far as possible to the rear of engine bay so that the inlet manifold is almost touching the bulkhead.Remove exhaust downpipe flange to cat;steering shaft;top coolant hose and t/stat housing.The biggest problem is access to the top starter bolt.Should take you 3-4 hrs in and out as it is the first one.Good luck.
