Ford Mondeo 2004 - Front window reset #Archived Message

NSF window goes up and down in small steps. Info I have says to to hold at top for 1 sec, three times. Have tried this and various other guesses from NS and OS switch. Have tried with engine running to increase voltage. No joy. Any ideas?
