Hi All, This vehicle has stopped responding to the remote plipper (Infrared). It has been giving problems for a while but as usual it did not get booked in until it stopped completely! The plipper has been checked and is confirmed to be emitting IR. Customer has another key which also does not work. The output of the receiver in the mirror has been checked and shown to give an output (though not with a scope yet). The central locking operates from the dash switch, so I know the pump works, it's also been checked for water damage. I don't know where the "intelligence" for this system is, I have looked under the passenger footplate, nothing there, I am fairly sure there is something other than the locking pump in the system that examines the code received from the key. Any assistance with the layout would be welcome. Hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a good 2009, Shaun.
