update fixed,did c/belt change during service,one of our fist checks was cam timing,which was good,however lower pulley is fitted using 3 8mm bolts & a locator lug on crank,lets put it like this there is alot more tolerance in that pulley position than the ECM is aware of the 3mm movement is obviously critical for refrence,will be more vigilant next time!would of helped if crankshaft posistion sensor code came up!
