can any one help me or tell me where i can get the information for removing and refitting the vanos units i also need the info for timing the engine . i did buy an electronic manaul but it did not provide any service information im doing the head gaskets on this vehicle but cannot see how the vanos units come off i do not want to force any thing that may break and cost me money thanks darryl
