Hi all,
Don’t normally take on these fine French automobiles but this is my sisters car so no way out this for me.
It has failed to start a few times due to a dead battery. At around the same time it lit up the engine MIL. I have code read it and checked charge rate. Battery has been changed too. The only code was for CMP. Her mechanic changed the CMP. It was ok for a couple of days but lit the MIL again yesterday and failed to start again today. Battery dead again.
I imagine the MIL and starting are separate issues. It will probably be a parasitic drain. It being recovered to my workshop in the morning.
