    If the faults there only on rear that will rule out the CV joints but the fault sounds just like the problem you get when the front cv ring is broken. Does the abs work when you are just about to stop when on the road. Is the distance between sensor and teeth correct. Rear bearings OK. If the bearing has been replaced was it a Rover part. There are two different types and the teeth are not the same. Just some thoughts.
