    Just a word of warning, I feel you need to consider the possible legal implications of adjusting speed limiters. I admit I don't no the legal position on vehicles under 3.5 ton, but understand they are being phased in on a compulsory basis for some users.

    I do know that On vehicles over 3.5 tampering with taco or speed limiters with intention to exceed drivers hours or speed limits is taken very seriously and penalties include stiff fines and possible prison sentences. Speed limiters are checked on roadside spot checks, via connection to Taco. can't say if there is any way they can check non taco vehicles (unless caught speeding)
