OOps i missed this post disapearing down the page without a conclusion. ?? Was it ever fixed. ?? or or did the customer just run away. ??

That is the point, This Problem usually starts after a service when NEW Spark plugs have been fitted.

changing the plugs to a different manufacturer can cure the probem. ( but not always ).
