Hi Panos, If you've got good pressure in the rail then surely it can't be the relay. By disconnecting the coolant sensor the ecu will throw in extra fuel as per cold start but will not substitute a value like modern systems. My guess is either the right angled pipe between the air flow meter and the throttle body or the air flow meter itself. Make sure the flap operates smoothly through 90deg. and you could also try opening it manually when the engine is running. If you're stuck for some expensive bits I could probably source some s/h stuff for you. I rallied one of these for years and still have some good contacts.
